Two years they messed up our taxes. Last year THEY DIDN'T EVEN FILE our state taxes! This year they didn't claim our children. So we had to send off letters to IRS to get our full refund. Four thousand dollars more!!!! Still waiting on that to arrive. Since they messed that up we received a thousand less on our stimulus!!!! All in all their incompetence would of cost us 5k. This year alone! What's their response? "Here is 10 dollars off next year's charges". Save your money and use turbo tax.
