Renting with McDevitt Realty has been a great experience. My property manager Conor was always quick to respond, accommodative, and professional.
Really enjoyed my time renting one of their properties. They own some lovely places in Brighton and would definitely recommend to others. The landlord and his crew are a great bunch of people that are always happy to assist in any way. My 4 years on Nottinghill Rd. were amazing!
The kindest and understanding landlords, amazing service!
We lived at the Nottinghill Rd apt for 3 years and we'd recommend to other renters. The landlord, Conor, was helpful, courteous, and quick to respond when needed. The maintenance crew was awesome. Shoveling, home fixes, whatever you needed Sean or Mark were over as soon as possible.
As a landlord, Conor is extremely dismissive and even accuses the worst of his clients instead of checking in to make sure we are OK and living comfortably. Does not know how to mediate conflict between his tenants properly. Please think twice before signing a lease with this company. Dust everywhere, floors are squeaky, windows are broken. You will NOT be getting what you pay for.
