10/10 – Highly Recommend! Great water company! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were quick, fast, and reliable, and their customer service was excellent. They responded promptly, arrived when they said they would, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find a company that is this dependable and actually follows through, but they definitely exceeded my expectations. This company is absolutely goated. Family-owned, meaning they actually care about you. I've been working with them for 2 years now and they're just super simple to deal with. You call their number...and guess what?!? they FKN pick up the phone! No waiting on phone for an hour. Nothing. They just pick up. They're super easy to work with, on-time, reasonably priced, and just deliver water. I haven't tried to cancel, but I'm sure if you did, you could just call and it would be 1-2-3. With Nestle, I had to complete many side que... read more
