This company sent someone out to fill salt and chlorine for months while the equipment was completely failed. They don’t check your equipment or do anything to ensure the water is of good quality - they just add chemicals. As a result I have a salt brine tank filled to overflowing and a chlorinator that has apparently been out of service for 6 months or more. Absolutely do not use this company they know they have an issue with sending rotten water to customers and refuse to refund you despite it being a known issue. They confirmed to me over the phone that they are aware of the issue but will not do anything about because they are not “bottling the water”. It is their name on the bottles.

This company is absolutely goated. Family-owned, meaning they actually care about you. I've been working with them for 2 years now and they're just super simple to deal with. You call their number...and guess what?!? they FKN pick up the phone! No waiting on phone for an hour. Nothing. They just pick up.
