I signed up one year contract for maintenance work but I was not informed that I will have to call to schedule the maintenance. So when I called I was not given a time frame. I had to call 2 time and spent 15 minutes on hold. This is the last time. I am going to cancel the contract.
If you are looking for a company that you can trust, absolutely not McCrea We bought a townhome over the summer and McCrea was recommended by the previous owners for their service plans for our two HVAC systems. Called and scheduled a service appointment 2.5 weeks later, and ran into a nightmare Our window was 8am-12pm, and by 12pm I hadn't even heard from a tech so I called. Call someone else, this company is EXTREMELY expensive. My air conditioner broke in the middle of a 95+ plus heat wave. The technician came by and figured it was the blower motor. He then tells me that they don't have the part in stock and they had to place it on order. Now the good thing is that he tells me that the motor is under warranty, and am thinking, that's a good thing right?
