Lynn the receptionist was very rude and horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this place at all.
I had a very disappointing experience at McCray Dermatology. My daughter was first seen about two months ago for acne by Laura Stevenson, NP. She was placed on a basic regimen and asked to return for a follow-up. At the follow-up visit, there was little to no improvement, yet no changes were made to her treatment plan, which was frustrating. I will never go back again. Had a growth to be removed on my finger. As they removed, I stressed that the pain was growing and got to a 7-8. I said it was bad and the PA just said uh-huh and kept going. I stressed it again and was ignored. I stated after that it hurt so bad that I was sweating and was ignored. I called to tell them what happened and they were upset with me.
Professional staff and no long wait times. Both me and my eldest daughter see the specialists at McCray's and we have never had an issue.
