Someone I know got dentures from here. They were entirely too rough with my friend. The dentures were paid last year, mind you. They said that the dentures would be ready in a couple of months. A LIE. They weren't even open the day. My friend got them the next year, finally. THEY DIDN'T FIT. They were too rough and my friend had to wear them for 60 hours because it hurt to bad. Outstanding Dentist& assistants!Best dentist ever.
Horrible experience, I got a filling and months later I started having excruciating pain. I went back to the office and notified Dr. McCrary about my pain and she looked at my tooth for two minutes and stated “it looks fine” and sent me away. I later went to Aspen dental where they actually gave me X-rays to find out that I had a cavity inside of my tooth that she filled and it was on my nerves. 8 months later I’m pain free thanks to Aspen Dental.
Very disappointed. After receiving a certified letter it took 14 days for Dr. MCcrays office to even call. My poor husband, 71 years old, copd and multiple health issues has not had a tooth in his head since May. Hindsight, we should of went to Dentures in a Day, the results would of been the same. There was absolutely no concern for my husband or his dental experience
