Good customer service. They were very polite.
I leased a 2,300 sq ft space from McCraney for 10 years in Palm Beach County. The property was maintained in excellent condition and tenants needs were acknowledged and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
This is the absolute worst property company in the world. At all costs take your business elsewhere. We try to run a business at night, and after some cars were broken into we asked for more lighting and possible security cameras to which we were met with a response from the property manager of, "That's not our problem." That was followed up by receiving a bill of almost $3,000 for common area expenses which McCraney over spent their annual budget by almost $300,000, none of which was included to help us with security, and n... read more
