From day one, I have always received nothing but honest and exceptional care from Dr. McCracken and his entire staff. Their gentle and kind demeanor make each visit a pleasant one! I was denied from booking another appointment at this dentist without reason. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Wouldn’t refer anyone here after my horrible experience.

It was very upsetting to say the least. What’s really sad is that I was actually referred to this dentist from another dentist. I thought I had an emergency situation for which they could not see me because I was told I was not an established patient. I was told that to become an established patient that I had to come in as a new patient and have my teeth cleaned. They then referred me to another dentist who was able to see me. Dr. McCracken is a great dentist. He would make treatment recommendation based on what is the best for the patient and not trying to get you do more work. I had some allergic reactions to anesthesia and contact the office the next day, Dr. McCracker was out and his staff answered my question. But he still called me back later and checked on me. Really appreciate a dentist who cares about the patients.
