From day one, I have always received nothing but honest and exceptional care from Dr. McCracken and his entire staff. Their gentle and kind demeanor make each visit a pleasant one! I was denied from booking another appointment at this dentist without reason. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Wouldn’t refer anyone here after my horrible experience.
It was very upsetting to say the least. What’s really sad is that I was actually referred to this dentist from another dentist. I thought I had an emergency situation for which they could not see me because I was told I was not an established patient. I was told that to become an established patient that I had to come in as a new patient and have my teeth cleaned. They then referred me to another dentist who was able to see me.
