If there less than one star I give this company I will never meet road towing truck driver like the guy he towed my car Unfortunately is bad service I will not recommended. For any one to use this company.
I’ve used McCoy towing more than three times and never had an issue thank you to Erie insurance who contacted them I’ve gotten vehicles from channahon to Aurora and with no issue!!!
Ona road trip, I got a flat on the interstate and AAA could only put my spare on, not patch the tire. So I drove to Mc Coy’s and the tire was too damaged to patch so they sold me a new one. Arrived 15 mins before they closed for the Fourth of July holiday weekend and they graciously stayed to help me. Lovely mechanic told me about the tire and how she was balancing it. These kind folks turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience! Would have given 6 stars if I could. 10/10 would breakdown nearby again
