Horrible service talked to someone the day before there flat bed didn't fit in my drive way they rescheduled for next morning with different truck they brought the same flat bed truck and no its my problem didn't even try to assist with another truck told me to call my insurance company. Definitely wouldn't recommend even to my enemy. Poor service and no help. Drives where nice though
I wish i could give Negative stars infinity! Worst company to deal with. I broke down 5 min away from home unfortunately. This tow was dispatched through AAA and was handled extremely poorly. I initially gave the wrong street (by two streets), immediately corrected it, and apologized. Instead of confirming the location, the first driver canceled because he was “in a hurry.” The driver who ultimately towed my vehicle never called me to confirm pickup or delivery.
