I left a bottle of alcohol in the truck and was contacting the driver immediately and they never responded. A couple of days later I was informed by a rep of the company the driver told them that he disposed of the alcohol because he can't drive with alcohol in his truck which was a blatant lie. If a customer left an item in your truck you attempt to contact them not avoid your phone ringing especially when you just dropped off a customer. This company doesn’t deserve any start Customers services and service itself is not good.
I’ve had my car towed twice this week by Mccoys. The service was seamless and stress free during some of the most stressful times. Both of the drivers were friendly and professional. The lady in the office on the phone was also friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you guys so much for your help with these stressful situations!!
