Our cars transmission decided to stop working & we used McCoy through AAA to get a tow home. Tyler was the driver and he was great! Quick and took care of the car, could tell he’s been doing it a while. Also liked that he was up for a chat & not just a robot. Thanks, Tyler!
Tyler was our life saver. My son and two of his friends abruptly came upon a busy flooded road. The residents in the area came out to help as well...trying to quickly unclog a sewer, I guess is known for causing floods. People were out in the rain with rakes and shovels. I'm so thankful for that community. It worked! The water drained and Tyler put us all back together again. I had the fortunate luck yesterday to get help with a bad situation. From the moment my car broke down I was helped by strangers. The parking lot I pulled into (Latin Paving Construction)in Rockdale where my car died had a couple very nice gentleman who let me sit in there in an air conditioned office while I called insurance, tow truck & a place to bring my car. The tow truck driver (Joe) was super nice & was there within 45 minutes as promised by Mccoys in Channahon. The people at Mccoys also very helpful. Had my car done ... read more

Terrible my car didn’t go into drive so instead of using shoes to drag onto tow bed the driver stated he been doing for 19yrs and drop the car and left horrible if you need a tow and car doesn’t go into neutral do not recommend this tow service!!!!
