She made a stressful situation so much easier with her calm, professional attitude and genuine care. She kept me updated and reassured me every step of the way. Horrible customer service. Damaged my vehicle while towing and did not take responsibility for there incompetence.
Teens stranded with friends at outlet mall. McCoy Services responded quickly. Tyler kept us in constant communication for ETA. He didn't just tow but identified our issue. Gave us options and got our vehicle to mechanic within couple hours. Tyler was extremely professional and polite. Would highly recommend McCoy Services!
