Great towing

I filed a. Claim with State Farm to get my vehicle towed. When they set me up with McCoy, they were an hour and a half from getting to me. I immediately called and said that is too far away. He proceeded to try to scare me with “if you don’t use us you’ll have to pay out of pocket,” which IS NOT how insurance claims work. Trying to scare people with blatant lies is not a good way to do business and I wouldn’t recommend using a company that would do that, especially on a Sunday morning.
