Louis and Maria are an amazing team! Louis and staff are very particular and do great work. Both are very organized and completed my repair in a timely manner and came out PERFECT! I would highly recommend McCoys
Honestly, i wish i could put 0 star. please stay away anfd save yourself the headache. This company is a joke. i had appointment for 7am on monday, and put my credit card information in. They sent me an email last minute to reschedule and when i tried to call no one answered for hours. i finally spoke to someone the next day and after a long angry talk, i accepted the new time and date only for them to send me yet another rechedule email for the next day. Mr. Green, I sympathize with your experience with the body shop you are referring to but it was not with McCoy's Paint & Body Shop. There are a few points you have mentioned in your review that have led me to believe you have confused McCoy's with a different body shop. As administrative assistant to the company, I can assure you appointments are not handled by e-mail nor is credit card information taken online. Business hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday; we do not accept 7AM appointments. Best of luck to you!
