Needed a hard to find thermostat bracket on the fly for a water heater when replacing an element that had corroded out. Not even Moscow Builder’s Supply had. Craig made it happen! Thanks Rick & Staff! Amazing Showroom & Supply Outfit, was blown away knowing it’s been around since the 50’s within the same family! Truly a Gem of place in the Heart of Moscow!!! Super Cool! 😎
Quick response, professional service. Had a stripped out and corroded shower handle we needed replaced. Initially we tried to replace it ourselves but it was in bad enough shape we decided to have a plumber come out. He ended up replacing both handles with a single one, and was able to get it done that day even though the service we requested was just one side with replacement on hand. Very happy with the service!
