I went with McCoy for my custody case because 1. I was broke 2. He offered me the best price.. I'm not the first review warning you and my experience sounds EXACTLY the same. Hired for a custody issue there was a Hugh lack of communication was notified of a court hearing last minute and never responded to opposing counsels emails. I had discussed retroactive child support he never filed the form and in court stated what form. I wound not recommend him for a custody issue.
