Very rude front office ladies. Didn't check my insurance and wanted me to pay a deductible. They called the office manager Brenda and when they were talking to her they were mimicking me. I drove an hr, asked for the day off and waited for about 2 months for this visit, for nothing. Frustrating. I wasn't able to get seen by the Doctor. Sad the doctor loosing business because of the staff he has working.
I had a great experience being diagnosed by Dr. McCoy with adult ADHD. I felt that he understood me well and cared about my situation. I think people are harsh in the reviews because the office is strict about making it on time to the appointment. It’s understandable that those of us with ADHD can struggle to make it on time to appointments, but sometimes you have to force yourself to be timely if you want to make progress.
The DR is a nice person but the receptionist Rachel is such a mean person she thinks she owns the place mistreats customers and gives false information saying they close at 4:00 pm
Dr. McCoy is an awesome person to talk to and had a great experience at his practice! I also had a great experience with the front receptionist. They treated me respectfully and timely.
