I was TERRIFIED of getting my first Pap smear. I put it off for years- I’m 24. I went there today to have one done. My nerves almost got the best of me but I did it. When I tell you there was ZERO PAIN! I barely felt a thing. The speculum was plastic- not metal.. so it wasn’t cold. She only clicked it a couple of times so it wasn’t too uncomfortable.
