Worst appraiser EVER.. Got my house appraised 1 week ago. Met her at the house. Barely spent 15 min. Got report she used 2 comps that are currently pending and not even sold. 2 Houses across the street were not even taken into consideration yet homes that are nowhere close were put into consideration to bring value down… Had 2 similar homes appraised 3 months ago with less sqft and worse area and value was 50,000 higher than what she gave me for this. DO NOT USE HER.. ALL SHE DID IS TAKE $500.. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Bogus appraisal! Lots of errors... got a second appraisal done and it came back $100,000 greater in value!! Things like this make me question someone's integrity. Don't recommend.
