They have horrible customer service! Our experience with McCook abstract was nothing but disappointing! If I could give 0 stars I would! They don't relay information it took multiple emails and phone calls to get any help or information about what was going on with the sale of our house. They are very disorganized!! I've never dealt with a company who forgets to send a wire transfer on the sale of a house! That is ridiculous!!!!! Don't waste your time or money with this company!!!
