Dr McConnell and his staff showed the utmost professionalism, while offering a nice bedside manner. Those are both important, but what matters most to me is being put at ease while completing the experience with little to no pain. Doc's full team, from the entire front office to several capable assistants all gave me the time to answer every question I had and graciously calmed me down over my upcoming surgery/work. I visited their office and waited two hours in excruciating pain!!!! Worst dental experience I have ever had!!!! Awful place, uncaring personnel, will never return!!! These good reviews are an obvious setup by persons affiliated with this crappy office!!!
