Terrible management company.. cheapest repairs always, & rent hikes every year $100+ per month. Don’t rent through them!
While I've never rented from MC Companies, I feel like my experience with this company should be shared. I run a small business here in the valley, and every year we host an event for Special Olympics Arizona. The first year we struggled desperately to get sponsors. In fact, of all the companies I contacted, there was only one that jumped up to support right away... MC Companies. They have been an annual sponsor ever since, and I can't say enough good things about the people here.
Management at the place at Wickertree telling residence it’s not in the budget to fix certain things inside apartments and when work order is placed management says within a day or two, and then they notify you that the job has been completed. Then you find out later that no work had been done at all and the situation still persists and management refuses when you have a complaint to respond back
