I had an emergency in our space and the fast response time by the technician Caleb as amazing!
MC provides great building engineer service. We have worked with them for years now and are very happy. They are not building owners or lease space so not sure what the other review about them not responding is about. They provide services for the building owner - they have no hand in leasing spaces for the building.
When I called and emailed the agent in the Springs area and notified her I wanted to lease she never even responded to my call or email until after I contacted the main office and spoke to another agent in Denver almost 2 weeks later. They were very slow to respond to my emails and often times taking up to a week to respond, and this was to a tenant with cash in hand ready to move into a vacant building.
