This company could teach a thing or two to all othe utility companies. You often end up speaking to the owner on the phone just because he's there doing the work along side his staff. The technician Guy could teach a class on customer service.
New home owner, previous owner left the tank empty and we had just moved in. No heat and it was freezing cold out. They made me a priority and delivered the same day within a couple of hours after my call. They even came in and made sure the system was running and educated me on when to call for a fill up and what to do if I don’t hear the system kicking on. Thank you so much!
