Their customer service and quality is amazing!
Worst customer service ever!! The women at the front are really rude. The job was good but the people there need to take an etiquette class. The estimate I was given was incorrect and I ended up having to pay more than my dress was worth to get it altered. I will never go back here again.
Not sure if it’s under new management Or ownership but customer service is NOT the same. Not everyone is rude but ONE particular lady.
Lost my suit coat and will not replace it.
