If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I called this salon at 9 am asking if they could straighten it without washing as I had washed it myself in the morning and I had an event the next day. I asked on the phone if they have heat protectant etc. because my hair is curly and it can get damaged easily and the lady said yes, she asked me how long it was and i said long and thick, curly, she said $30 for straightening and no wash and gave me an appointment for noon.
