They couldn't sell my in-laws house for a year. My husband and I live close by and we asked (in person) for the realtor to let us know if anything needed to be worked on or taken care of in or out of the house. We never received a phone call to take care of anything. We went by one day and the floors were dirty, one shower curtain had fallan down, there was no toilet paper or hand soap for guest to use when looking at the house. Don’t bother. Guy named Danny doesn’t even return your phone calls. No motivation to even do their basic job. Trust me, you are better off with other realtors.
