I was a new patient and went in for a checkup. The women in the front desk said the my PPO insurance was in network with the dds ! Until I got a bill! I called my insurance company right away and they informed that they were out or network! They never informed me! There is a dds on every corner that takes my PPO policy i would never go out of network! So I paid my PPO benefits and wrote a nice letter as to why I was not paying out of network benefits!
