Left a message on Monday with the Secretary, haven't received a call about service on my heater so I'm moving on. If you want to generate business, this isn't the way to do it. A call would have been nice, too busy right now, etc., but nothing.

I honestly will never call anyone else. McCleary installed our new furnace and a tankless water heater last year. They were exceptional and reasonably priced and efficient. This winter we've been dealing with a frozen pipe and haven't had any hot water. We were having trouble locating the frozen pipe so we called McCleary. Michael came by same day, which I'm sure they were super busy with the whole city dealing with busted pipes. Matt is the best. Our thermostat quit working when it was below zero outside and Matt came right away. He took the time to set up the new thermostat and explain it to us. He also installed an air conditioner for us this past year. Honest and reliable - hard to find this today. I highly recommend McCleary Heating.

Very honest people! Family run business. Great follow up. Lowest bids out 6 with more work being discussed. Five years later honored the furnace warranty without me even asking.

Lady was pretty rude since I dont have an emergency and only want to service my furnace. Couldn't make an appointment said someone will call me when they have time, that was a few days ago.
