We arrived at Bells Ferry Veterinary Hospital on Monday in a state of pure panic. Our 12-year-old Sphynx (naked kitty) had slipped outside and was missing for over 18 hours. When we finally found her, she was unresponsive, ice cold, and suffering from severe hypothermia, but she was still breathing. We rushed her to the nearest vet, and thank God it was Bells Ferry. My cat had an abscess on his head and wasn’t doing well I was able to get an appointment quickly and they did an amazing job of getting him better! Everyone was kind to me and my cat and I can really tell the staff cares deeply for the pets! This will be both my cats vets from here on out!
Always caring and compassionate! Amazing doctors, techs and staff. Our 2 pups were emergency appointments and we were fit into their busy schedules. They are the best in the area. We would not trust our fur babies care to anybody else.
Dr. George and Brooke were exceptionally caring, understanding and informative during our dog’s evaluation and diagnosis. They are exceptionally kind, caring and compassionate human beings. The best vet I would choose for my senior pet. He needs more visits than the once a year checkups and I have had issues with other vets in the past - the staff here is not like that at all. They are open, friendly, and very quick to relaying changes in your pets health and behavior when it needs attention, but they also will tell you when it’s not necessarily somthing that needs meds, just a watchful eye.
