Purchased a new home in 2022. As the time approached to do our first septic system pump, I called McClard's, as they installed our system. On their first visit, they couldn't find the tank, so it was going to require some light backhoe work. Had NUMEROUS calls with them that stretched into weeks and months, just trying to schedule the work. Beyond unprofessional and snobby when asking ground work etc for a septic tank lateral lane. Bad customer services just because we used another buisness just to pump since having to get it pumped.
Needed my septic tank cleaned out it's been a while it's pretty deep in the ground they had this done within 2 hours very very fast was here the next day after I called them. Very fast service amazing workers great personalities really good hearted people I would recommend them to anybody anytime anywhere and if I could I would give them 6 stars rating .Thank you guys.
Our septic started draining slow just after Christmas. We had just had it serviced the previous summer so we knew it wasn’t full. McClards came out, diagnosed a broken line leading from the house to the septic tank. They came out and dug up the bad section & replaced/repaired with good piping. They left the area as neatly as possible with having dug up the area. We haven’t had any additional issues since then.
