Please do not ignore the bad reviews! Taylor Pinkerton does not communicate well and leaves her customers/renters in the dark about any repairs or issues!! We’ve had multiple issues with this and have had needed repairs on certain parts of the house since 2022. She will not acknowledge anything unless you threaten to hold rent money and will retaliate with threatening to kick you out. Please take caution when renting where this company manages.
What can I say, this company was one of the more difficult that I've ever worked with as a renter. Communication was awful, we had to message the manager multiple times to get anything done. And even then, nothing was ever fixed. Our deposit was kept due to a room being painted green, and because they "Had to re-paint the entire house and replace the baseboards due to our pets." We paid an extra $50 a month for our pets and they charged an additional $100 of our deposit for pet cleaning. They took $1350 altogether. We lived ... read more
1005 N West End Blvd Cape Girardeau Mo. Taylor knew we had 1 year rent, in cash from a house we sold, and even tho she had other houses, put my wife and i, in a horrible house that wreaked urine, we shampooed the carpets (without asking for any kick back) 4 times before we gave up, the roof, as of Oct 27th 2023 still had a tarp on it (which was covering the sewer vent, which made the house wreak of sewage) not to mention the widows had no caulk or very little, the panes were literally "hanging in there", and the garage door ... read more
