I've had issues so far
All I can say is TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! SLUMLORD worst experience Ever!! Still fighting the fight to expose this company Taylor is terrible very unprofessional They use a PO Box to keep from being served I will not give up I will expose this company for there terrible management I advise Don’t Rent from this place ever!!!!
Please do not ignore the bad reviews! Taylor Pinkerton does not communicate well and leaves her customers/renters in the dark about any repairs or issues!! We’ve had multiple issues with this and have had needed repairs on certain parts of the house since 2022. She will not acknowledge anything unless you threaten to hold rent money and will retaliate with threatening to kick you out. Please take caution when renting where this company manages.
What can I say, this company was one of the more difficult that I've ever worked with as a renter. Communication was awful, we had to message the manager multiple times to get anything done. And even then, nothing was ever fixed. Our deposit was kept due to a room being painted green, and because they "Had to re-paint the entire house and replace the baseboards due to our pets." We paid an extra $50 a month for our pets and they charged an additional $100 of our deposit for pet cleaning. They took $1350 altogether. We lived ... read more
