I didnt even make it to see the provider. I called to make a new pt appt and based on the prescriptions i was on the office staff transferred me to someone "in the back" to make a same day appt. That person berated me for wanting a same day appt after not having health insurance for 6 months ( i didnt ask for a same day appointment, i asked for soonest available) and told me that prescription refills did not deserve a same day slot.
