Great mechanic and a shame it closed down
Mark (new owner after John) exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I brought my car (2016 BMW x3) to him with a chassis system malfunction after it was moderately flooded. I was told by everyone my car was totaled and the likelihood it would ever operate the same after flood damage is essentially zero. Over the two weeks Mark worked on my car, he thoroughly researched each error that appeared on the diagnostic (30+ errors), ordered parts, reviewed the damage directly with my insurance, and had it running better ... read more
