I'm a tenant at a property manager by McCarthy associates. This is what I've been living with for two months. I am at risk for black mold because of their repeated negligence in maintaining the property, and their previous fixes were insufficient. This property management company is beyond awful. Jerry is one of the biggest low lives I have ever come across. 10’s of thousands of dollars missing from reserve, not responding to anyone when they need help. Never calls back, and does the grimiest things a person can do. I am shocked the man isn’t behind bars yet…..NEVER EVER EVEN THINK OF HIRING THIS MANAGMENT COMPANY.
HE IS REFUSING TO RELEASE OUR CONDO ASSOCIATIONS RESERVE FUND MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Avoid at all costs! Jerry is the worse property manager our building ever had and we had some bad once. He is lazy, manipulative, ignores emergency situations such as leaks. Simple things such as requesting a plumber are extremely difficult for him to arrange. He would rather ask the board to vote on changing rules than pick up the phone and send you a plumber.
