Wow, awful "service". I have Denti-cal and wanted to apply a coupon on June 19th, 2019 to my account and services (coupon expires July 12,2019). When asking about billing the receptionist, Ellie was horrifying! She threatened me by saying,"If you want use the coupon then you can pay for it. It doesn't matter what the bill is if the state pays for it." She was awesome with my root canal they were all awesome!!!
My experience started good and went downhill . Broke a tooth in front and she was nice and it was pulled. Decided to do dentures she talked me into top and bottom WRONG MOVE FOR ME. She had me come in and started pulling teeth on right side broke them off and ground tops into stubs, then said I needed to go to surgeon, was in chair for 2 hrs for all this then suddenly started working on left side charged me 510 to supposedly deep clean teeth to be removed three dentist including surgeon said this was unneccary and actually w... read more
