Dr. McBride will answer phone calls and emails. He is a very fast talking and direct doctor. The front office staff seem nice, the scheduler isn't the friendliest but she is efficient. When they were not able to solve my problems, they were willing to refer me onward. Dr. McBride has taught at Virginia Hospital Center which as hospitals go is an attractive, upbeat place. Worst office policies ever. Paid for the first visit before seeing the doctor. Paid for the biopsy before the proceedure date. Was told I needed follow up- they could fit me in, but I'd have to wait a while (guess his time is vastly more important than mine). Then the office called me to collect an "over-due" debt (for the biopsy!) that was generated less than 2 weeks ago! How can a debt be overdue and merit a call in that time frame?
