Bad experience with the person answering the phones. Hard to understand the doctor because he was double masked in 2025.
Couldn’t get through to make an appointment. Gave up.
This is just about the worst visit I had at a dermatologist office I did not even see the doctor. He sent some assistant(not MD) who was completing inefficient. As she started the visit, she started to say she only had 15 minutes.... And she had to go get her children at school school.schoolschoolschoolschool
I have been seeing Dr. McBean for about 5 years and I find him to be an excellent doctor. I trust him implicitly. Don't expect a lot of hand holding or extra time spent with you as, like almost all dermatologists, he moves quickly between patients. However, I highly recommend him. Also, he's a very nice person,.
