I was initially interested in one of McAuliffe Management's properties and submitted my application. However, after applying, I found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with them, as they were unresponsive to my calls. After they checked my credit, they offered me the apartment, and I informed them of my disability and service animal. I told them I would need two days for my doctor to send the required note. I needed a short-term rental, and while everyone wanted a one year lease. Tom was able to accommodate that for me. I loved the convenience of the in unit washer and dryer in most of their rentals. The buildings are cleaned and maintained. Julio and the team are very nice. They gave me an extra 2 days to vacate the apartment. I recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future if needed again.

My wife and I lived in one of the units for a month. We could only use two outlets at a time without tripping the breaker, there was a constant musty smell, and we had cockroaches. We were discriminated against and intimidated into breaking our lease two days after signing and paying rent for the month, with both Julio and Tom being extremely unprofessional and dismissive in the days leading up to us moving out.
