Bill was the attorney that my business broker used. He singlehandedly made an exciting situation a nightmare. His fees are outrageous. I asked to see his hours to understand why we were being charged so much. His reply was How dare I question him. Who do I think I am? Never saw a timesheet. He is still holding funds in an escrow account on matters that I have paid before signing. I have reached out asking about MY MONEY and no response. In my opinion, Bill is super shady. Use ANYBODY else!!
