I called the office to book an appointment for my twins since we are looking for a main provider, the receptionist asked me for my email which I went ahead to spelled for her, she then told me she didn’t have time to check the spelling so she wanted to give me the office email, I asked her if she was able to hear me properly and without no warning she hung up on me. No, it was no accident, she was extremely unprofessional.
La recepcionista al pregúntale si habla español solo cuelga la llamada y no responde si o no, llame 3 veces y lo mismo. No tengo un buen inglés y eso me impide tomar bien la cita pero podría responder por lo menos que no hablan español en vez de colgar de forma grosera.
Dr McAnelly has been a wonderful health care provider to my three children. We have been going to see him for various healthcare issues for over 21 years. He is very patient and a great listerner and a master of his trade.
Dr. Mac is hands down the best doctor around! And when it comes to pediatrics, Dr. McAnelly is just amazing. He’s super detail-oriented, really hands-on, and actually takes the time to sit down with parents and understand what’s going on. You never feel rushed, and you can tell he genuinely cares. If you need a great pediatrician in the area, Dr. McAnelly is the one to go to. Highly recommend! Also, shoutout to the secretary she was so kind and patient.
