Great place to live! Just a block and a half from Fountain Square, 2 blocks from The Banks and the Street Car stop to OTR. Quiet building that is well maintained, and if you do not feel like going out there is a rooftop deck with a full kitchen and grill to "eat in" and enjoy city views!
We've lived here 8 years and appreciate everything about it! Walked to work, downsized to one car, walk everywhere we can and take the streetcar when it's a little further! Great condos, good neighbors and well-managed. Some of the best-sized units for the money in Cincinnati's urban center. Interior parking. Downtown feels safe & clean. Kroger World Marketplace in Newport is only 5 mins away. Love it!

The McCalpin is a gem, conveniently situated in the heart of the downtown business district. 2 blocks away from Bengals Stadium, 3 blocks from Reds Ballpark and a short walk of all the cultural events and nightlife that makes downtown such an exciting place to live. We've owned at McAlpin for ~2yrs. It's a vibrant community where we've made some great friends. We know downtown living pretty well, and we wouldn't live anywhere else.
