Unfortunately, the Doctor is very good but the secretary at the Coit location makes the experience so terrible. My dad received a knee implant and Dr. Hernandez did a great job. My mom gets injections in her knee, and again, he does a wonderful job. However, every time they go to the doctor, they inevitably have a terrible experience with the older Hispanic secretary.
