DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! The old management was great…. But the new one Risa is absolutely awful. LOT of BLACK MOLD!!!!!!!!!!! You will be better off homeless!!! Nothing will ever get done. I’ve had water damage 5 times and they never kicked the person out that was causing the damage. Me and other residents were attacked by a drug attic, she still hasn’t kicked him out. There is a constant homeless problem. 24 hour notices are actually 7 hour notices. Unwanted and non residents constantly coming in and out of the building.... read more
Really liked this HUD spot. It’s clean, feels good, and everything was pretty straightforward. No drama, no headaches. Everyone I spoke to was easy to deal with and actually helpful. Overall, just a solid, nice experience.
