They did a great job! Next day delivery and setup and they made sure we were comfortable with all of the functionality of the chair.
Great experience! My elderly father and I went in seeking an electric wheelchair. Matt was very knowledgeable and very kind and patient! He answered all our questions, told us all about our options and gave my dad plenty of time to test out the options. We left with a wheelchair, very happy customers. We were not pressured, just patiently helped as we needed it. Thanks Matt!
Umm… 3 day return policy? Seriously? Lady handed me the item says here ya go & im out the door. Didn’t mention the return policy; I didn’t try on until closer to surgery. … later than 3 days. Did not even fit my calf! Fell off! Go back & they suggest a BIGGER size?? Wha? Never again.
