I needed a new CPAP after using my old one for way too long. The ladies working could not have been nicer and more helpful. The process was easy. Most of the previous bad reviews are from the old ownership. The staff now is absolutely fantastic and super helpful.
Hard to reach for assistance with mattresses pad and bed assistance.
This used to be McAbee Medical and was a reputable supplier/retailer. Must have changed ownership.
Went to see about a bed for my mother. Said they would let me know if Medicare approved the bed. Never heard anything . Called them & said they were waiting for doctor to fill out the forms. Didn't know it at the time but that was a lie. Found out the next month at doctor visit he had turned in paperwork right away. So day after doctor visit they called me & once again blamed the doctor & proceeded to tell me they didn't have any beds anyway. Thanks for nothing. I'd steer clear of this place.
