Would highly recommend this DME provider! They called and communicated with me the same day I received my prescription. Nicole in billing (over the phone) was not pushy and let me know what my options were. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store when I went to pick up my CPAP. Karlene was very friendly and thorough in getting my CPAP machine setup and showing me how to use it.
