I had the most amazing experience at Mercedes of Palm Springs. Jeff, the Sprinter service person, was thorough, helpful and honest. Brian, the mechanic, went out of his way to help me replace a stripped bolt on my bike/storage rack by running to a local hardware store to replace it!!! The waiting areas, the other employees and customers were also a huge delight. I felt my campervan and I were deeply cared for. You see, my van is not just a van, it’s my home!
