I am 8 months into a year lease. MBY has been nothing but professional and kind the entire time. We had issues with one of our neighbors using his place as an Airbnb and allowing loud, smoke filled parties every weekend. I brought this to the attention of MBY and they took action shut it down immediately. They email notices of updates promptly. They respond to emails right away. I lived in one of their properties between april 2019 and april 2020. I always had my concerns addressed on time. Sure, they have rules and failures but in my case no long term complaints. I'm sure they'll fix their procedures to attend everyone's complaints in a timely fashion. Would I rent again from MBY? Yes.
