Purchased a used vehicle and the dealership had the spark plugs changed. Not MBS fault but all eight of the plugs broke. MBS ‘borrowed’ tools to remove the broken plugs. Took almost 7 hours. The dealership was to pay for the plugs and labor at least that was the agreement. When work was completed Michael (owner) surprised me with labor charges saying it was my part of the repair.
