This business has the WORST customer service. ZERO communication about anything. They constantly lie about scheduling appointments and never answer the phone or return your calls. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option.
I have had 5-6 Swallow Studies with MBS Imaging. I am thrilled with its service! I have also had several studies at hospitals - none easy nor educational. Each therapist I’ve had from MBS has been highly trained and helpful to me. I always learn and grow. I am so appreciative of this service, which comes highly recommended from my own SLP.
You call them when they are open and get a voicemail.
Service was immaculate. They were very helpful over the phone in explaining how the test would work. Very friendly and professional staff, made the test go by quick and easy.
