The service department is a nightmare. If you need tires, battery, or any other part they will tell you one price and then charge you much much more when it comes to pay, then there is the cost of instalation. When you need something as simple as an oil change you can plan on being there about 4 or 5 hour's waiting. I went to this Mercedes-Benz store this afternoon to settle the balance of the remaining vehicles. After the money was paid, the store manager said that he was not ready to hand over the car today, and said that the car would be repaired for 2 days. What is the situation? Please explain? I bought a 2010 GLK350 used car. The store manager didn’t explain anything, so I have a bad attitude towards this Mercedes-Benz store.
