The haircut overall was good, staff was friendly, but the choice of music was inappropriate for children. Not all parents want their children hearing music glorifying sex and inappropriate words.
Jade is actually the best barber in Columbia, always a wonderful cut, good company, and a great atmosphere! I have recommended her to so many people and will continue doing so!
If you want a confidence boost, book an appointment with Jade! She's by far the best barber I've ever had and I get compliments on my hair and beard after every single visit.
I had an appointment tonight at 6:15. They called and scheduled me with different person at 6:30. I got there and they said they don’t take appointments at that time and didn’t have me in the computer. Horrible customer service and communication.
