Paid them $50,000 to do remodel and the county denied the permit. Now this company is trying to keep $47,000. I've had to hire a attorney and now i'm filing a complaint with the State of Florida. I can't say enough good things about this company. They did a complete renovation of our Miramar Beach condo and everything was top notch. Excellent communication and no surprises. We were in Missouri during the process, and Mike and Kevin were understanding and responsive at every turn. I highly recommend MBN! Wonderful team!
