MBMA rocks!!!! Not only will your children learn karate but they will learn the value of hard work, respect & compassion as well. Master Baker is truly amazing with the kids. And if you're looking for a great workout try the Kickboxing class yourself. It's fun and empowering! We love MBMA. ❤️
Best work out ever I look forward to Mondays and Wednesdays every week because for an hour I can forget about school and work and focus on me this class really completes my week!!!
