They recently took over my school districts taxes. I had taxes owed from 2021 because my mortgage company switched at that time and neither company paid them. I was on payment plans with the old company and when they switched i was asked to sign a new form for the new payment plan. I recently paid off what was owed on my taxes and then received an additional $250 fee. Keep getting letters saying my school taxes are delinquent. They don't even service my school district and I have documentation from my mortgage provider and Jordan that the taxes are paid. What a scummy company.
It states you can pay by E-check for $1.50 but it DOES NOT give you that option. You end up paying $3.50 via debit card!
