Keep getting letters saying my school taxes are delinquent. They don't even service my school district and I have documentation from my mortgage provider and Jordan that the taxes are paid. What a scummy company.
It states you can pay by E-check for $1.50 but it DOES NOT give you that option. You end up paying $3.50 via debit card!
These ppl are horrible. The borough of Wilkinsburg need to find someone else to help with their back taxes. I bought my house in 2018 my 2023 taxes were paid late to them and they send me a receipt for 2013-16 I told them I didn’t even own the property then just give me my receipt for 2023. And she said that’s all they got. I put my money orders in their box you are a lie. I traced the money order and they cashed them. I just want my receipt. And then they took the phone off the hook. Your costumer service stinks
